Charitable rate are unchanged from last year.
Other rates are increased by the June 2023 inflation rate 7.9%.
A reduction may be possible for a charity group facing particular financial challenge because of cost of living pressures. Ask.

Exact charges will be agreed with the Bookings Administrator.
All bookings will have an additional £100 End-of-stay disinfection/final cleaning charge, based on our expectation that the house to be left tidy as found.
A group may arrange a full tidy and clean when booking for a further charge.
