2025 rates are increased by the June 2024 inflation rate 2.8% and the
2026 rates are increased by the June 2025 inflation rate 3.6%.
A reduction may be possible for a charity group facing particular financial challenge because of cost of living pressures. Ask.

All booking rates now include final check and disinfection before the next users, based on our expectation that the house to be left tidy as found.
A group may arrange a full tidy and clean when booking for a further charge.
