If a group has not previously visited Barmoor, we strongly recommend that the leader arrange to visit before booking to confirm that the house will meet their needs, arranged via 'Contact Us'.

All groups should make their own assessments of risks relevant to their own party and any measures they will need to take, to manage the risk. Background information is provided in 'Documents' under 'About Us'. Feel free to ask via 'Contact Us' if anything is not clear.

​Responsible adult supervision is needed for all groups that include children.

Parties of young people should be accompanied by at least one adult to every five under-sixteen.

If a group does not wish to do all their catering themselves, we may be able to put them in touch with local caterers who can offer a range of options.

 

Following experience with  Covid-19, we now charge an additional £55 end-of-stay fee per booking so that our own cleaner can undertake infection control for the following group. Please leave the house in a generally tidy state;

if you will be unable to do this, a full tidy and clean can be arranged at additional charge.
