• Any audiovisual equipment

• Since the change to digital, the house phone will no longer make outgoing calls. Incoming calls still work on 01751 417397. Mobile phone signal has improved markedly in recent time, depending on your network. If your signal is weak in the house, it is often best on the moor above the house and to the east.

• A house cleaning service.

• There are no en-suite rooms.

• There is no secure storage for personal belongings.

• Camping or caravans are NOT permitted on the site.

​

• Smoking is NOT permitted in the house.

• Smoking out of doors should be off-site and cigarette ends disposed to the rubbish bin.

• Camp fires are NOT permitted anywhere on the site, or on the moor (National Park Advice). The barbecue station for using disposable barbecue sets is the ONLY place for outside fires.

• Well behaved dogs are allowed but should NOT be on furniture or in bedrooms. Always fully clean up after your dog as children and possible allergy sufferers use the site.

• There are no ordinary shops in Hutton-le-hole.

Moderate Coop in Kirkbymoorside, and Spar, pharmacy, butcher, greengrocer. Lidl and a larger coop, and ironmonger in Pickering.
