Barmoor can accommodate a maximum of 27 people. The house can be rented by the
week, for a weekend or midweek; March to November.
It provides a peaceful retreat retaining many features from when it was built in
1908, influenced by the arts and crafts movement. It is in a glorious setting
within the North York Moors
National Park with views over moorland and over countryside towards the Vale of
Pickering.
It has partial central heating (which is why it is not available over the
winter!)
and cosy open fires in the hall and dining rooms. There is no television, which
is in keeping with the calm
atmosphere of the house and its location.
